KENNETH S. WILLIAMS


Ken is a 1983 honors graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, who has been with the firm since 1990. His practice is concentrated on personal injury cases including car and truck accidents, business matters and advice and complex business and employment litigation, including cases under the FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, retaliation and retaliatory discharge, State and federally protected civil rights, education law, real property and construction litigation, disputes between employer and employee, among shareholders, partners and trust beneficiaries, and other real property, will, trust and estate matters. He also handles products liability and premises liability matters, and contract disputes for individuals and companies. Ken has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, based on peer and client reviews.

  • Law Clerk, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals (1983-1984)
  • Admitted to practice law in all courts in Tennessee, in the federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee.
